Pie Iron Monte Cristo
This Monte Cristo Sandwich is great for lunch or dinner.

Instructions
  1. Heat pie irons for 1 to 2 minutes in fire. While the irons are heating whip the eggs and milk together in a bowl.
  2. Remove the pie irons and coat both sides with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Dip 1 slice of bread in the egg mixture and place in the pie iron,
  4. layer 1 slice of american and swiss cheese on top of bread, then add ham, turkey and remaining cheese.
  5. Dip 2nd slice of bread in egg mixture and place on top of other ingredients.
  6. Close the pie iron and cook about 2 minutes on each side. Check and continue cooking until golden brown.
  7. Remove from pie iron and top with powdered sugar and enjoy.
